Within our facility, we offer a versatile storage solution with a total of 16 tanks of varying sizes. This diversity allows us to cater to a wide range of storage requirements, ensuring flexibility and adaptability for our clients’ needs. We’ve equipped our facility with the latest fire safety measures, including a state-of-the-art fire extinguisher room sourced from Clarke USA.

The harbor’s berth is constructed with a deep design, allowing for the safe and secure docking of larger vessels, ensuring their stability and safety while moored. Selling our asset holding company is simple and straightforward, providing ease and clarity throughout the process. In our market, we engage with up to 10 primary product importers, representing a diverse range of industries and sectors.

Our storage facility currently has one client who has leased 100% of our capacity, deviating from the typical market practice of prorated allocations. Specifically, we’re serving X Vitol managers who are consistently stocking diesel on a monthly basis. Our agreement entails an annual contract, comprising 12 monthly payments starting from April, totaling AED 1.5 million. Additionally, there are minor operational charges for pipeline usage amounting to approximately AED 27,000.
